Once again, New Mexico found itself amongst the worst in the nation. All the while, Congressman Steve Pearce – nearly a year after announcing his run for governor – has yet to release a plan to create jobs or improve the economy.

Albuquerque -- Today, Steve Pearce chose to vote for the anti-immigrant Goodlatte bill, H.R. 4760, a hyper-partisan bill that would enact divisive immigration changes – changes which were too extreme for 41 members of his own party. He also chose to vote against a Motion to Recommit brought forward by Congresswoman Michelle Lujan Grisham that would have replaced the bill with the strongly bipartisan DREAM Act.
