Governor Lujan Grisham approved over $159 million in capital outlay projects in Santa Fe County, including funding to develop electric vehicle charging infrastructure, to construct the new South Side Teen Center in Santa Fe, and funding to develop broadband infrastructure on Pueblos in Santa Fe County.
Local Economic Development Act appropriations, a program championed by Governor Lujan Grisham, have resulted in $5,698,000 in private investment in Santa Fe County that will create 179 jobs. Governor Lujan Grisham’s administration supported 222 jobs in Santa Fe County through the Job Training Incentive Program.
In 2022, Governor Lujan Grisham allocated $10 million for the Affordable Housing Trust and $10 million to combat homelessness, making a critical investment in affordable housing in Santa Fe.
